Yes. Every Jazroy piece is full-grain crazy horse cowhide, vegetable-tanned. Full-grain is the top layer of the hide with the grain left intact, the strongest and most hard-wearing part. It's the opposite of "genuine leather", which is usually a thin, coated split that cracks within a year.

Crazy horse is a finish, not a type of hide. The full-grain leather is worked with a wax that soaks in, so the surface burnishes and shifts tone as it flexes. That's what gives it the lived-in, slightly distressed look, and why no two bags age quite the same.

It will, and that's the point. Crazy horse takes scuffs as you use it, and most rub straight back out: warm the mark with your thumb or a soft cloth and it settles in. Over time the leather darkens into a patina that's yours alone.

No leather is truly waterproof, but the wax finish shrugs off a light shower. Don't soak it. If it does get wet, blot the excess with a soft, light-coloured cloth and let it dry naturally, away from direct heat.

Very little is needed. Keep it out of prolonged heat and strong sun, wipe marks back with a soft cloth, and feed it with a little leather balm every few months to keep the hide supple.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, as long as it's unused and in its original condition and packaging. No restocking fees, though return postage is at your cost.

For a change of mind, return postage is the customer's. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, that's on us: contact us within 7 days and we'll put it right.

Once we receive and check the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days, or as store credit if you prefer.
