Currency
All prices on this website are shown and charged in Singapore dollars (SGD). The price you see is the total you pay: shipping within Singapore is free, and no additional taxes or fees are added at checkout.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when your order is confirmed. If we cannot fulfil your order, we refund you in full to the original payment method.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the wallet providers listed above. Our checkout runs over an encrypted TLS (SSL) connection and is PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number — card details go directly to the payment processor.
Problems with a payment
If a payment fails or you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@jazroy.com with your order number and we will look into it. We reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
